¿Qué es Gi y No-Gi?What are Gi and No-Gi?
Gi es el uniforme de jiu jitsu. Lunes y jueves se entrena con gi; martes y miércoles sin gi, en short y playera.
The gi is the jiu jitsu uniform. Monday and Thursday are gi days; Tuesday and Wednesday are no-gi, in shorts and a T-shirt.

Para una clase sin gi, short deportivo y playera; rashguard si ya tienes. Si todavía no tienes gi, empieza con una clase sin gi o pregúntanos por WhatsApp.
